🔥关于近期引发广泛讨论,闹得满城风雨的社险机构（PERKESO）Lindung 24小时，您是否觉得疑问越来越多呢？

👉让我们手把手教您和您员工应该如何应对：

⚠️如果您不打算退出这项“LINDUNG 24小时（SKBBK)”，您无需采取任何行动。只有不同意参与的员工必须登录PERKESO网站选择不同意。
⚠️关键截止日期：如果您未在 8月31日之前选择退出，PERKESO 将自动视您为“同意参与（Opted In）”。

👇 如何退出 PERKESO LINDUNG 24小时计划的操作指南：
1. 注册 / 登录网站

• 访问 PERKESO 官方门户网站 https://lindungfaedah.perkeso.gov.my/auth/

• 新用户请点击 “Daftar Akaun”（注册账户）。

• 填写以下资料以完成注册：
全名（须与身份证 MyKad 一致）
身份证号码（MyKad Number）
电子邮箱地址
密码（至少8个字符，且包含至少1个特殊符号）

• 勾选接受条款与条例（Terms and Conditions）。

• 点击 “Daftar Akaun”。

• 注册成功后，点击 “Seterusnya”（下一步）。

2. 选择参与意愿
• 仔细阅读屏幕上显示的信息。

• 在“员工声明（Employee Declaration）”栏目中：
针对 24小时 LINDUNG 计划，勾选 “I CHOOSE NOT TO PARTICIPATE in the LINDUNG 24 Jam Scheme”（我选择不参与 24小时 LINDUNG 计划）。

3. 提交声明
• 勾选声明确认方框。
• 点击 “Hantar”（提交）。
• 确认您的选择：
如果您确定不参与，请点击 “Sahkan, Saya Tidak Mahu Menyertai”（确认，我不想参与）。

4. 保存声明凭证
• 弹出确认提示时，点击 “OK”。
• 点击 “Muat Turun”（下载）并妥善保存该表格。

💡 温馨提示：记得签署该声明表格并提交给您的 HR（人力资源部），以便他们为您办理接下来的手续，豁免缴纳 SKBBK 的社险保费。

🔥Regarding the highly debated PERKESO SKBBK scheme that has recently caused a massive stir, please note that if you do not wish to opt out of the 24-Hour LINDUNG Scheme (SKBBK), you do not need to take any action.

⚠️ Crucial Deadline: If you do not opt out by 31 August, PERKESO will automatically maintain your status as "Opted In".

📋 Guide on How to Opt Out of the PERKESO SKBBK Scheme:

1. Register / Log In to the Portal
• Access the PERKESO Portal > https://lindungfaedah.perkeso.gov.my/auth/
• If you are a new user, click "Daftar Akaun".
• Complete the registration by filling in the following details:
- Full Name (as stated in MyKad)
- MyKad Number
- Email Address
- Password (minimum of 8 characters and at least 1 special symbol)
• Accept the Terms and Conditions.
• Click "Daftar Akaun".
• Once registration is successful, click "Seterusnya".

2. Select Participation
• Read the information displayed on the screen.
• In the Employee Declaration section:
• Tick "I CHOOSE NOT TO PARTICIPATE in the LINDUNG 24 Jam Scheme" for the 24-Hour LINDUNG Scheme.

3. Submit Declaration
• Tick the declaration confirmation box.
• Click "Hantar".
• Confirm your choice:
• If you do not wish to participate, click "Sahkan, Saya Tidak Mahu Menyertai".

4. Save Declaration
• Click "OK" when the confirmation message appears.
• Click "Muat Turun" and save the form.

🚨Remember to sign and submit the declaration form to your HR department so they can proceed with the next steps to exclude you from paying the SKBBK contribution.
