🚀 If I can build this with AI, you can too.
Today, I built another premium AI Bot with multiple features, backend functions, dashboards, linked systems and automation.
A project like this could easily cost RM20,000+ if you outsourced everything to a programmer or developer.
But I built it with AI in around 1–2 days.
My process?
Prompt → Test → Edit → Fix → Improve → Polish → Repeat.
And the tools I’m using cost me only around RM100/month.
With that, I’ve already built 10+ different platforms, bots, dashboards, websites and automation workers.
This is why I keep telling my students:

What an amazing session! 🤖✨

This Thursday, I completed another **AI Delegation System Mastery** training, and I’m truly thankful to every participant who joined me.

After the class, many students shared their feedback — they told me the course was practical, valuable, and completely changed the way they see AI.

Because AI today is no longer just about asking questions.

It is about learning how to **delegate real work to AI**.

During the training, participants learned how to use AI to:

What a meaningful session! 🎉🤖

On Tuesday, we successfully completed another **AI Prompt Engineering Blueprint – From Beginner to AI Power User** session.

A big thank you to everyone who joined! 🙌

Throughout the class, participants learned that using AI is not just about asking questions — it is about **knowing how to communicate with AI clearly and strategically**.

They learned how to:

✨ Give the right context
✨ Express ideas and problems clearly
✨ Use different prompting frameworks
✨ Reduce repeated questioning
✨ Get more accurate and useful answers faster

上星期，我的一个学生在做功课的时候，突然想到一个很特别的想法。
他没有只是完成老师交代的作业，而是决定——亲自来采访我。
而且，他把这一次对我的采访，直接当成他的作业，带回学院完成。
老实说，我觉得这个想法非常精彩。👏
因为他采访我的，不是什么理论，而是一个非常实际的问题：
「院长，你到底是怎样把 AI 融入你每天的工作？」
于是，我们聊了很多。
从我一天的工作流程，到我如何利用 AI 分析、整理、规划、执行任务，再到如何把原本需要自己亲自处理的工作，一步一步进行 AI 化。
这段采访的视频确实有一点长，所以我把里面很多精彩、实用的内容筛选出来，毫无保留地分享给大家。
我特别想分享这件事情，是因为我认为：
学习 AI，不应该只是“听懂”。
真正重要的是——你能不能把它落地到你的工作里。
作为学院的院长，我自己每天都在面对大量不同类型的工作。
而我现在思考的已经不是：
「AI 可以做什么？」
而是：
「我手上的这项工作，有没有办法交给 AI？」
「怎样重新设计我的工作流程？」
「怎样让 AI 真正成为我的工作伙伴？」
更重要的是，这些方法并不是只有我这个院长可以做到。
我的学生，也正在一步一步学会把 AI 真正用在实际工作当中。

先让 AI 知道这 4 件事：

你的身份、职位、专业背景
✅ 我做什么
你的工作、业务、主要责任
✅ 我的目标是什么
你现在最想完成什么、改善什么、解决什么
✅ 我希望 AI 怎样帮助我
要它给建议？分析问题？找盲点？挑战你的想法？还是帮你执行？
💡 记住：
AI 能不能真正懂你，
不只是看它聪不聪明，
而是看你有没有给它正确的 Context。
