📊 电子发票更新: 年营业额介于100万至500万令吉之间的企业 (Phase 4) 注意啦！e-Invoice的实施日期依然维持在2026年1月1日,但过渡宽限期 (relaxation period) 已从6个月延长至1年。

⚠️ 重要提醒:在 Phase 4 的企业仍需从2026年1月1日开始实施电子发票哦！但您将享有更长的宽限期 (relaxation period) 来适应。

💰 SST减免 - 租赁服务: 租赁服务的销售与服务税 (SST) 已从8%降至6% - 对房东和租户都是好消息哦!

📊 e-Invoice Update for Phase 4: Good news for businesses with annual turnover between RM1 million to RM5 million (Phase 4)! While the implementation date remains 1 January 2026, the interim relaxation period has been extended from 6 months to 1 YEAR.

⚠️ Important: This is NOT a postponement to 2027. Businesses who are under Phase 4 still need to start e-Invoicing from 1 January 2026, but you'll have more breathing room with the extended relaxation period.

💰 SST Reduction - Rental Services: The Sales and Services Tax (SST) on rental services has been reduced from 8% to 6% - a welcome relief for both landlords and tenants!

Companies with annual revenue below RM1 million will be exempt from e-invoicing, says Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

He said the decision was made following a cabinet meeting yesterday.

Previously, the exemption applied only to companies with a revenue threshold of RM500,000.
