At this moment we are hiring for one male and one female. We do not offer work from home. You must come into our location.

The female position that we are hiring for is for creditor relations. We are looking for an individual with little to no accent. This position pulls recordings and handles our customers file directly with the creditor. You will verify that all the information in the file is up to date and correct for our clients customers. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 am. to 5 p.m. The base pay is $3,500 weekly. We are located in the Center between 6th and 7th street. We also offer seguro at a small charge. Our customer service position is Monday thru Friday with weekends off. The hours are from 8 to 5. You will be taking overflow calls from our stateside client and getting the customer to the correct department. IF the department that is needed is busy you will set the customer up for a call back. It’s that simple. Job complete. It’s a laid back position so if your more of a go getter you will be bored here. Our verifications position is Monday thru Friday with weekends off. The Horus are from 8 to 5. You will be taking recorded calls and pulling them from the cue and verifying that all the files are loaded correctly, all the scripts were said correctly and verifying that the info stated matches what is on the forms. This position comes with bonuses when you catch an error. For every error you catch you make yourself an extra 50 cents which doesn’t seem like much but they add up when you can catch up to $2.00 in each call. This position is for the opening of a new campaign we are launching that has to do with real estate in the United States. The position is Monday thru Friday with weekends off (until further notice). The hours also are from 8 to 5. You will be working closely with our company AND our client. Our client is very hands on and wants to have the opportunity to train you himself and connect you with his agents who are working stateside. He is looking for individuals who are experienced in gathering info, checking if the customer qualifies and then transferring the customer over to his team. This position also comes with bonuses. We are offering 50 peso bonuses for every single qualified transfer made. It makes you think how hard is it to get a transfer right? It’s not difficult at all. You can make 4 to 10 successful transfers a day. The client is also working in a sale bonus, meaning for every transfer that turns into a property selling he wants to offer another bonus on top of that (the details are being worked out as I make this post). ✌🏽✌🏽Shalom and greetings to all! We are hiring at Shalom Communications for CUSTOMER SERVICE! We do NOT do sales and we do not do outbound calls. Our customer service agents handle the overflow calls from our client. They get the customer to the department that is needed and when that department can’t handle the call within a 2 min time frame our agents sets up a call back for the customer. For this position we need agents who are proficient in English. This means we are looking for individuals who can read, write and speak English. We’re not asking you to be an English scholar but we need you to be able to flow comfortably.

⏰📅What are the days and hours?
Our work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday with weekends off. We have from 7:30 to 4:30 available and from 8 to 5.

Shalom Communications is a company that is set apart from the rest. Here we do not believe that everyone has the same value. If you start on Monday you will work the whole week and receive your first paycheck the following Friday. We pay on Fridays and we do not hold a check from you. Shalom Communications wants to congratulate our newest father in our Call Center Family. Benigno had a baby girl around 3 am this morning. She’s a Valentine Baby! We thank the Lord that she’s perfectly healthy with all 10 fingers and 10 toes. Mom and Dad named OUR baby Destiny. He has told us Momma is doing well and we send a huge congratulations to both Momma and Papa who are both first time parents! We are hiring for customer service agents.
The campaign that we are hiring for is for Debt Resolution. We need employees to man the lines for our clients overflow calls from the States. Many times this just involves getting the customer to the correct department that can service their needs. When that department is too busy and your unable to get them through at this time you would schedule a call back.

We work Monday through Friday and we have two shifts available for this position. We have 7:30 to 4:30 and 8 to 5.

Our base pay is flexible according to your work experience and computer knowledge. We don’t believe an employee with 10 years of call center experience should be paid the same as an individual just starting off. So let’s sit down and talk about what you feel your worth and what you can bring to our company.

Shalom Communications is a company that prides themselves on doing right by their employees. We value each employee and we believe in putting action to that appreciation. Shalom and greetings to all potential hirees. We are hiring at Shalom Communications for Customer Service positions. We do not do sales or outbound calls. Our campaign has to do with Debt Resolution and our customer service agents are manning overflow calls from our client and getting the customer to the correct department to service their need.
Shalom Communications is a new company with many rising opportunities and plenty of room to grow. Here at Shalom Communications we believe in appreciating our employees and showing our appreciation with our actions. One of the ways that we do this is we first look to hire for those upper leadership positions within the house before we go looking outside. We would hate to pass up any employee who has been with us and looking to grow. We want to be a part of that growth and getting them to their desired goals in career and in life (if we are allowed).

As of this posting we just opened up 15 customer service positions and we have 3 QA positions and 1 Verifications position open.

Our campaign has to do with debt resolution. we do not make outbound calls and we do not do sales. The only inbound calls we have are for customer service positions. Our other positions pull recorded calls and evaluate them or verify info.

We do not have any data entry or back office positions available anymore at this time but stay posted because we may offer it again soon.
