Dice el dicho que "en la guerra y el amor, todo se vale”. Quizás lo podemos ampliar ahora al Marketing digital. Y si es así, IKEA le entendió de volada: vió el balón en el aire, lo supo bajar y conectar a Gol.

“Punch” se ganó el corazón del internet por la manera en que se refugió en un peluche viejo. Ikea le mandó peluches a Punch para que no se sintiera solo. La gente le mandó mas peluches. Punch ahora es viralmente bendecido y amado. la gente de Mkt se puso las pilas y con pauta pagada propaga esta imagen con un mensaje muy bien alineado. Justo lo que hoy se necesita en el mundo.

Tocando fibras sensibles, se aplicó y actuó. Aquí se ven muy bien aplicadas varias teorías y estrategias de marketing. Algunas de las que saltan a la vista son Guerrilla Marketing, Brand Marketing, Emotional Marketing y sin duda Trendjacking.
