For , Kevin, our Security Operations Center Manager, spoke with our Global Operations and Supply Chain team about social engineering tactics that can show up in everyday interactions, from emails and vendor communications to personal accounts and devices.

Because cybersecurity isn’t just something one team handles. We all play a part in knowing what to look for and helping keep ourselves, our organization, and the people we work with secure.

What does a city-wide security system need to look like when municipal police, traffic control, emergency services, and other departments all rely on it differently?

For one of the Czech Republic’s largest regional hubs, Ostrava, the answer was to bring those operations into one environment while giving teams access to only the video and information they need.

Today, the city’s Municipal Integrated Camera System (MIKS) connects nearly 1,500 cameras across more than a dozen operational centers, with plans to expand beyond 2,000 cameras.
