Responsibilities:
· Provide coaching on Agile values and practices, emphasizing continuous improvement.
· Enable project teams to share learnings with the organization and encourage collaboration.
· Track and ensure visibility of historical team metrics, iteration progress, and release milestones.
· Emphasize incremental releases, iterative work, and prioritization by value and risk.
· Assist with internal and external communication, transparently radiating information.
· Partner with project leads to ensure solutions meet established standards, procedures, and practices.
· Collaborate with project leads to address issues, risks, and mitigation plans.
· Instill a sense of urgency, emphasizing the importance of meeting iteration, release, and project goals.
· Optimize and sustain throughput, ensuring prioritization of work by value and risk.
· Facilitate effective iteration-based meetings and assist teams in making appropriate commitments.
· Proactively identify and remove blockers, limit work in progress, and prevent distractions.
· Facilitate frequent retrospectives, sharing metrics to identify and implement improvements.
· Identify and create opportunities for expediting feedback throughout the iteration.
· Proactively participate in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
· IT experience with a focus on IT Project Management.
· ScrumMaster experience and certification are a plus.
· Hands-on experience in improving software development processes to optimize business value delivery.
· Preferred experience with distributed development teams spanning multiple geographies, time zones, and cultures.
· Direct experience in a Web, Java, XML, and RDBMS development environment is preferred.
· Experience overseeing project teams with at least 10 team members.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong time management skills.
· Self-motivated, organized, and self-confident with a proven ability to identify priorities and mobilize initiatives.
· Effective and efficient in proposing creative solutions to complex, time-critical challenges.
· Excellent situational awareness and ability to remain calm under pressure.
