New project/book (I’ve had it for a couple of months, but I decided to show it until now)
Thierry Blouet, The Artist’s Cuisine
A book for Chef Thierry Blouet, a visionary who has transformed the gastronomic landscape of the Mexican Pacific cuisine in collaboration with Atomo Cromo (Roberto Gutierrez Duran, editor, but most important friend), and Estudio Urquiza (photography).
We also learned a couple of days ago that the book is nominated in two categories at the prestigious Gourmand Awards 2026.
