FAE / Test Engineer

📍 Wiwynn Mexico – Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua

Are you passionate about server validation, hardware troubleshooting, and failure analysis? Wiwynn Mexico is looking for a FAE / Test Engineer to join our Engineering team and help deliver world-class server solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Perform functional testing and manufacturing validation for server platforms.
Analyze and troubleshoot hardware failures.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve product issues.
Review system logs, perform script analysis, and execute debugging activities.
Provide technical support during manufacturing and validation processes.
Validate server hardware, component integrity, and overall system functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality and reliability.
Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related Engineering field.
✔ Experience in Server Test Engineering or Field Application Engineering (FAE).
✔ Hands-on experience with functional testing and manufacturing validation.
✔ Strong knowledge of hardware failure analysis, debugging, and script analysis.
✔ Experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
✔ Proficiency with Linux CLI, log analysis, and system diagnostics.
✔ Familiarity with server architecture, infrastructure, and hardware validation.
✔ English proficiency of 70% or higher (intermediate to advanced).

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

FAE Assistant Technical Manager

📍 Plant 1 | Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico

At Wiwynn Mexico, we are looking for a highly motivated engineering professional to join our team as an FAE Assistant Technical Manager. If you are passionate about hardware troubleshooting, manufacturing engineering, and continuous improvement, we'd like to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead second-level hardware failure analysis and technical investigations.
🔹 Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring failures.
🔹 Provide technical support to Supplier Quality Management (SQM) regarding material rejection issues.
🔹 Manage and oversee the PE Repair Room.
🔹 Support root cause determination for NDF material.
🔹 Serve as the primary technical interface with customers.
🔹 Lead initiatives to improve First Pass Yield (FPY).
🔹 Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and high-volume manufacturing operations.
🔹 Participate in customer meetings to address technical and quality-related topics.

Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
✔ 10+ years of experience in PCBA manufacturing.
✔ Extensive experience in PCB assembly, testing, and validation processes.
✔ Strong ability to read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs, and technical documentation.
✔ Hands-on experience supporting high-volume manufacturing and New Product Introduction (NPI).
✔ Proficiency in using electronic measurement equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, logic analyzers, and other diagnostic tools.
✔ Experience with electronic circuit analysis and hardware troubleshooting.
✔ Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
✔ Previous experience as a Product Engineer, Failure Analysis Engineer, Design Engineer, or Validation Engineer.

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Master's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
⭐ Leadership experience managing technical teams.
⭐ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
⭐ Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
⭐ Continuous improvement and results-driven approach.
