RFS has clients in the legal department, moving industry and insurance brokers. Providing excellent customer support and marketing is our main objective.

RFS Communications and Marketing is a Mexico based small company which provides customer service and marketing services to clients outside of the country.

We are looking for someone bilingual who is good with making cold calls from a list of businesses. They would ask the business if they are interested in getting a insurance quote from us and then send the call directly to the office.

• This position is a work from home opportunity.
• This job position requires shift flexibility and weekends.
• Hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 7am – 11pm Central Time. HOWEVER YOU WILL START PART TIME 4HRS A DAY.
You will be scheduled during these times and expected to work at least two weekend shifts each month with the possibility to move to a preferred shift depending on performance.

• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software.
• Positive attitude and the desire to help people.
• Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated to work productively in a virtual environment.

• As a customer service representative, you are responsible for following up with customers who have input their information online. These customers have shown interested in our client’s services.
