Human DNA goes beyond what most people know on the scientific plane. There are some basic life aspects of DNA that go beyond its scientific premises which have been known to humanity ever since creation. For the definition and what it stands for, DNA is a constitute of banks of information that are carried by all living things denoting their character as adopted from their origins. Origins means the root or the parents.

The question as to the definition of ‘what is a number’, get most people off balance as they would relate it to visible signs, symbols or figures that represents what we know written as a one all the way to a billion of anything we want to measure. Some look confused to a thing, the concept of numbers, a subject that they have ever learnt from the elementary school levels to this moment.

It is only when asked a follow up question as to whether letters can also represent a number, for instance as in Roman Numerals, that others get it, yet still some get even more confused.

The conclusion drawn after a productive debate on this numeracy subject always is that anything written down whether a symbol, a sign, a letter or a figure can represent a number upon agreement and understanding, This is any number from zero to a trillion according to the configuration chosen be it metric or imperial conversions or other systems developed over the years.

The question remains, what is a number? Well, a number is a representative of quantity, however we desire to represent that quantity. This is according to scholarly sources tested and accepted as a fitting definition.

The above takes us to the truth in humanity which is that nothing is enough or adequate for man/ woman in a system of measurement that humans designed by their own understanding. Though in the scheme of things, God the supreme creator is a God of order and has no limits. This is why we should put our trust only by looking to the sky since with our human designed systems, nothing is ever enough. The rich want more as much as the poor desire enough. Employee-Perceived Organisational Flexibility and Its Influence on Job Satisfaction in Hybrid Work Settings

Although hybrid work is now a defining aspect of many organisations, employee experience still differs substantially from one setting to another.

This paper focuses on how employees make sense of organisational flexibility and considers the role these perceptions play in shaping job satisfaction within the context of hybrid work. Drawing on organisational adaptation theory and ambidexterity research, the study foregrounds flexibility as an employee-experienced capability characterised by autonomy, decentralised decision-making, and responsiveness.

Using cross-sectional survey data from 100 professionals working in hybrid arrangements across multiple sectors and regions, the analysis examines the relationships between organisational flexibility, organisational agility, hybrid work experience and job satisfaction.

Correlation and regression analyses show that organisational flexibility is strongly and positively associated with job satisfaction and emerges as the dominant predictor when agility and hybrid work experience are considered simultaneously. Agility and hybrid work are positively related to satisfaction at the bivariate level but do not retain predictive power once flexibility is accounted for.

The findings reposition organisational flexibility as a proximal driver of employee satisfaction in hybrid contexts, while agility operates as a more distal and context-dependent capability. The paper contributes to organisational adaptation research by centring employee perceptions and offering practical guidance for leaders seeking to design hybrid systems that sustain engagement and well-being.
