Job Requirement

Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).

Duties / Responsibilities

Loading and offloading courier shipments.
Collecting and delivering courier shipments to corporate and individual customers.
Ensuring that courier shipments are well balanced at the collection point.
Ensuring that all fragile shipments are properly loaded and handled.
Ensuring that all shipments are properly weighed.
Assisting in loading truck consignments for customers’ shipments.
Accompanying the truck on the trunk route.
Performing any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Provide accurate information on all Ufulu Gardens products and services.
Print and verify guest invoices.
Balance cash drawers and reconcile receipts.
Run Night Audit reports and submit them to the Hotel Manager and General Manager.
Review daily transactions and report discrepancies.
Audit and balance reports.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Hotel Manager.
Skills and Qualifications
