In this role, you will help us manage customer interactions, reply to incoming inquiries, and close sales quickly and professionally through social media.
What You Will Do
* Respond to Client Messages: Handle incoming messages and comments from customers on Facebook and WhatsApp promptly, guiding them to make a purchase.
* Account Management: Provide access to your Facebook account log-in details so our core team can schedule and manage promotional posts. (We handle all posting directly because we optimize specifically for the algorithm, leaving you to focus entirely on customer service and chats!)
* Drive Conversions: Turn online inquiries into confirmed sales by maintaining a helpful, polite, and responsive attitude.
Compensation Structure
* This position is strictly commission-based, giving you direct control over your earnings based on the sales and conversions you help generate.
Requirements
* Smartphone & Stable Internet: Reliable access to a smartphone and consistent internet connection.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills in both English and Chichewa, with a friendly and persuasive tone.
* Trust & Reliability: Highly responsible, trustworthy, and comfortable sharing account access for managed posting.
* Availability: Quick response times during peak hours to ensure no client is left waiting.
