Guardian Marketing Ltd. Is looking for an IT Full Stack Developer!

About the role:
- Develop web applications using PHP, MySQL, HTML, Javascript
- Write maintainable and well structured code and automated tests
- Review, troubleshoot, test and maintain the core code base to ensure strong optimization and functionality
- Understand application security & identify problems and fixes
- Identify and implement scalable performance improvements
- Contribute in all phases of the development life cycle including code reviews and basic testing
- Provide guidance & training to Juniors/developers
- Assist product / development manager with feature design

Our preferred candidate should have the following attributes:

Knowledge/Education:
- Java development skills (Specifically Java 8), J2EE
- AngularJS (with experience across Angular JS 2/4/5)
- HTML5
- PHP
- MySQL
- Oracle SQL
- PL/SQL, JSON, VB
- Bitbucket
- JIRA, Selenium Webdriver
- Blockchain applications knowledge
- Ethereum decentralised systems integration

Skills/Experience:
- At least 4-5 years experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to write software.
- Experience in several of the following technologies:
- PHP (Laravel preferred)
- MySQL (Galera cluster experience valued)
- HTML / CSS (Less / Sass)
- Javascript (React / Typescript)
- Git / other version control tools
- Linux
- RESTful API design / consumption
- Experience with devops / automation (CI/CD/Kubernetes valued)
- Analytical individual and self motivated learner
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer Science or IT degree / diploma preferred
- We require sample code or portfolio.
- Open source contribution or projects valued
