Bridging Generations: Listening to Gen Z Voices

What happens when leadership takes the time to truly listen?

Recently, we had the opportunity to bring together our CHRO Vanisha Renggli and some Gen Z colleagues for an open and authentic exchange. The objective was simple: create a space for honest dialogue where perspectives, expectations, and experiences could be shared freely.

From what motivates the next generation to how we can strengthen cross-generational collaboration, the conversation was both insightful and inspiring. It reinforced a key belief: building the future of work starts with listening, understanding, and acting together.

🛠️ On this Labor Day, we’re reminded that respect, fairness, and responsibility are the foundations of healthy workplaces.

In this spirit, our managers recently followed dedicated training sessions on the Workers’ Rights Act 2019, delivered by our legal adviser Mr Bishan Ramdenee, Barrister at The Chambers of Sir Hamid Moollan KC and Treasurer of the Mauritius Bar Association.
