Astek Mauritius Ltd is a branch of the Astek Group, created in 2003 with a team of around twenty software engineers. Its main line of activity is software development, mainly for big clients like Orange and Gras Savoye. The Ebene triangle, which is emerging as a technological attraction brings a favorable environment for business. The engineers come mainly from the nearby University of Mauritius which produces high-quality engineers. The team, multi-ethnical, exposed to French and English techno/linguistics cultures, learns very rapidly all new forms of technology. From assets gained in specific training, it intervenes on all industrial operations requiring sharp competencies in Business Objects, OLAP (coding, test, documentation). It also intervenes on J2EE, Java, JSP, .NET, PHP, Flash , iphone, android... technologies in elaborate projects together with the customers or on pre-defined specifications . Each request, web-oriented or not (sites or forums construction, elaboration of softwares allowing the management of human resources - recruitment and follow-up, etc.) is carefully analysed. It is reformulated if needed to better answer the quality requirements and the services are defined according to a quality label as well as savings made with the production.
