Two months without a face-to-face team catch-up and you would think weโ€™d have plenty to talk about.

We did.

But before sitting on our chairs, the first important conversation was:

โ€œSoโ€ฆ what are we having for lunch?โ€ ๐Ÿ˜‚

Some things clearly donโ€™t change, even after two months.

It was great to finally catch up in person, talk about whatโ€™s been happening, share a few laughs and of course, debate lunch options like it was a strategic business decision.

Remote work keeps us connected, but nothing quite replaces those face-to-face conversations.

Meet Zunaid, our Technical Lead ๐Ÿ‘‹

From SAP to Salesforce, Zunaid's career has been shaped by curiosity, learning and a willingness to take on new challenges.

He first joined Smplicity in 2020, became one of the team's early Salesforce CPQ certified consultants and returned in 2023 as Technical Lead.

Today, his role goes far beyond solving technical problems. From solution architecture and client workshops to mentoring consultants and helping the team grow, Zunaid is passionate about connecting technology, people and business outcomes.

His leadership philosophy is simple:

Our Mauritius team recently spent time with our colleagues in India for a few days of meetings, collaboration and quality time together.

From productive discussions to shared laughs, it was a trip well spent.
