Operations Administrator Job Vacancy
We are looking for an operations administrator to support the daily operations of the company. The operations administrator's responsibilities may include replying to emails, maintaining client records, contacting and liaising with clients and suppliers/providers, creating documents and reports, handling operational issues and providing administrative support as needed.

The operations administrator should be able to handle whatever tasks assigned to them as outlined below, and should be highly organized and thrive under pressure.

Operations Administrator Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of the company
2. Contact and liaise with partners, providers, suppliers, and clients
3. Send, reply and follow up on emails to and from our partners, providers, suppliers, and clients
4. Draft and prepare relevant documents as will be instructed
5. Prepare reports for management and clients
6. Communicate with clients and providers to help solve operational or support issues.
7. Performing other duties as assigned
Operations Administrator Requirements and terms:
1. Secondary School certificate
2. Degree or diploma in a related field to the company’s business activities preferred
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English communication skills must be excellent)
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, word processing and spreadsheets.
5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to multitask
7. Will be requested to work from home only, however required to come to office for meetings whenever deemed necessary by management
8. Must possess his/her own PC/laptop, with access to Internet
9. Fresh Graduates are welcome!

Looking for Web Developer on a part-time basis!

We are looking for someone who is experienced in setting up Wordpress/Woocommerce websites with a fast turnaround.

Tasks Description:

- The applicant will need to set up Woocommerce websites on a regular basis.
- The applicant will need to add the provided products to the Woocommerce. (Product details, I.e product information, images, price, etc will be provided)
- The Woocommerce site will need to be integrated to a payment gateway via API. Relevant API will be provided. Applicant will be responsible to create the necessary plugin to connect to the API.

Requirements:

- The Applicant must be experienced with and have prior knowledge in using Wordpress and Woocommerce. Please do not apply if you are not experienced in Woocommerce.
- Applicant must have necessary web programming knowledge to develop the required plugin to connect to provided API.

Web Programmer Duties and Responsibilities

1. Maintain and update current implemented systems - The candidate will be responsible in maintaining the systems that have been implemented for clients, troubleshoot and resolve any bug that may appear in the future, as well as updating the systems with new features or functions as required by the clients.
2. Assist in client consultation - The candidate will assist during the business consultation of the client, and help identify and outline the projects’ requirements and specifications, so as to better determine the solutions’ objectives.
3. Code Web Applications - After helping in gathering information and scoping the project, the web programmer will write the codes for the web application/solution.
4. Test Products and Code - After the programming process is complete, web programmers conduct further testing. This includes fictional testing to make sure the code works as it should, and user testing to make sure the program fulfils the end user’s requirements.
5. Manage Databases - The programmer needs to manage all developed databases.
