Methodology
A website developed following a well defined methodology is always a success and the methodology we follow for your project is as follows:

Planning

Our first step is to understand the needs and reasons for your business to require a website. Thus we define your goals, specify the target audience and site requirements. A generalized web strategy is developed based on your needs. The last step in planning consists of preparation of a schedule of work, including a rough estimate of time interval involved.

Analysis

In the analysis phase we discuss on technical solutions to meet your needs (e-commerce, search engines, uploaders, administrator section). The functional requirements explaining what the website will do from a users point of view, is laid down. The technical solutions of the website is explained and a map of components showing their interaction is created. Points it covers include: software used and purchased, operating system site will be hosted on, what web browsers will be supported, native resolution, where will the site be hosted and security provided.

We assign a point of contact to you who can validate work and project changes so that the project is inline with your needs.

Design

A design concept of your website (one or more pages based on the requirements) will be created. Upon approval we will create template pages to show how the site layout will work. A site map will also be made available. Changes can also be made to the designs provided based on your requests. Once finalised we proceed to the implementation phase.

Implementation

This stage consists of gathering content (images, documents, reports, audio and video files) to be used in the site. This also includes information required from the client. The dynamic, static pages are developed and tested. The website is uploaded to the live server gradually. When the website is complete, we ensure that you have a complete copy of it on a disk, CD or DVD.

Promotion

Once the website is implemented we decide on the keywords to target, and description of each web page. The website URL is submitted to various directories and search engines. Finally we place your adverts on other websites to increase your SEO score.

Website Innovation

Once the website is fully operational, we perform a continuous quality improvement of the website. New functionalities may also be added and maintenance on pages are done.
