Mentorship isn’t just a program, it’s a mindset.

At STM Consulting, we believe growth happens where experience meets curiosity and mentorship is where that magic begins.

Recently, I had the amazing opportunity to mentor Ashika, our talented and driven Marketing Intern. From day one, she brought fresh ideas, a real eagerness to learn, a new perspective to the social media team and she’s now inspired to continue her journey in the field.

We worked side by side, brainstormed creative content, and tackled strategy sessions together. It wasn’t just a learning experience for her, I grew a lot too, as a mentor and a teammate.

Watching her grow and gain confidence has been one of the most rewarding parts of my role.
