⚠️ Important Service Update

Due to an extended power outage affecting our datacentre for the past 24 hours, and with our backup generators now exhausted, we have had no alternative but to temporarily shut down the affected infrastructure while we await the restoration of electricity by Enemalta.

As a result:

• Our phone lines and support systems are currently unavailable.
• Our Santa Venera office will be closed today, Tuesday 21 July.
• Our POS systems and customer systems are not affected and continue to operate normally.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. Further updates will be shared as soon as more information becomes available.

Due to a major Enemalta power outage affecting our datacentre, our phone lines and support systems are currently unavailable.

Our team is working to restore services as quickly as possible, and we will keep you updated as the situation progresses.

Please note: Our POS systems and all other customer-facing services remain fully operational and are not affected by this outage.
