Sales & Purchasing Executive

Job Purpose

The Sales & Purchasing Executive is responsible for managing the purchasing process with all vendors, issuing invoices to customers and coordinating deliveries with the logistics department ensuring well-timed delivery of IT equipment.


Duties and Responsibilities

1. Issuing purchase orders to vendors
2. Sales & Inventory Reporting to vendors
3. Updating of company website with latest products
4. Constant follow-ups of orders with vendors
5. Updating customers with ETA
6. Collect quotes from shippers when necessary
7. Maintain up to date spreadsheets with stock movement
8. Create stock cards
9. Create quotes when required
10. Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Channel Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools especially MS Outlook and Ms Excel.
2. Have excellent communication skills
3. Have an organized and pro-active approach
4. Have a pleasant, smart and outgoing personality
5. Good verbal and written communication skills in English
6. Be in possession of post-secondary and/or ‘A’ level standard of education
7. Experience in Sales and Purchasing role will be considered as an asset
8. Experience in IT Sales will be considered as an asset
9. Able to work independently and as part of a team
