CREATIVE GRAPHIC DESIGNER needed

We are currently looking for an experienced and talented Creative Graphic Designer specialising in both Digital and Print and who can truly understand design and loves work.

This role will suit a keen and ambitious individual who has a positive attitude, good communication skills and can easily work within a team.

Key attributes required:
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Have strong presentation and organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, taking briefs, developing concepts and taking them through to completion with total accuracy.
- A natural flair for design and ability to create inventive ideas and concepts.
- Strong typographic skills.
- Knowledge of print processes and web applications.
- Shows a keen interest in photography.
- Proficient in working with all major design packages, mainly Adobe Creative Suite.
- Friendly to a Mac environment.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar post.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

MARKETING & OFFICE COORDINATOR
Prickly Pear Works is dynamic design house with more than 17 years of experience in marketing and graphic design for both print and new media to a number of remarkable local brands.

We are currently seeking to recruit a Marketing Coordinator to join our team with an immediate effect. Candidates must be able to work on multiple projects with minimum supervision, willing to learn and able to set priorities.

Working in a creative team, the main responsibilities of this role includes:

- Creating, planning and implementing the marketing plans.
- Managing several social media platforms for different clients.
- Liaise with clients and communicate their needs and requests with the rest of the team to adjust designs and projects needs.
- Doing research on the latest marketing trends and preparation of literature
- Dealing with clients and suppliers
and other administrative tasks

The ideal candidate must have the following skills and requirements:
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Very Good Eye for detail
- Planning, organisation and prioritisation
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
- Keen interest of the local market and the latest trends
- Strong writing skills with good command of both Maltese and English languages. Other languages will be considered as an asset.
