STATEMENT TO CLIENTS WITH CURENT CASES

A force majeure of personnel causing understaffing at the lab is forcing OMG to temporarily:
- ask current clients with ongoing recovery cases to be patient till end of March to address is case with limited staffing
- ask the public with future cases to temporarily hold on to their devices till end of March
- ask the public that need to contact us to do so on email as a temporary solution till we get staff level back to operational level

We unreservedly apologize for this situation. Our service is second to none and because of this understaffing, we would like to ensure to give full service by limiting the client cases temporarily.

Another statement will be issued when we are back to operational levels enough to give full attention to every single client, call, message and email.

WARNING. Today this morning scammers have spoofed our number. We are not calling people from this number. Apologies if you are receiving a call from scammers pretending to be us. It is not us.

These scammer calls have a voice mail at the other end. We are not that. We face clients face to face, speak Maltese and English and we can text as well.

Please cut the calls if you receive such calls with voice mail. Apologies but we cannot control this.

Step 1: Switch off power to the device
Step 2: Take note of what happened
Step 3: CALL 7943 7846 and we will immediately assist you to recover the data

For NAS and Servers loss of data it is especially important NOT to remove drives or attempt a RAID rebuild. Keep the devices OFF and CALL OMG 79437846 for Data Recovery

Of course you will try to read it. That's understandable. What you must not do is forcing to read it when it is obvious it is not working normally. In that case, switch it off immediately.
