STATEMENT TO CLIENTS WITH CURENT CASES
A force majeure of personnel causing understaffing at the lab is forcing OMG to temporarily:
- ask current clients with ongoing recovery cases to be patient till end of March to address is case with limited staffing
- ask the public with future cases to temporarily hold on to their devices till end of March
- ask the public that need to contact us to do so on email as a temporary solution till we get staff level back to operational level
We unreservedly apologize for this situation. Our service is second to none and because of this understaffing, we would like to ensure to give full service by limiting the client cases temporarily.
Another statement will be issued when we are back to operational levels enough to give full attention to every single client, call, message and email.
