4Sight Technologies is looking for an accounts clerk with minimum 2 years of experience. The post requires a reliable individual who is meticulous, organized and a good team player that is willing to work in a modern, technological and dynamic environment.
Job Description
• Day to day bookkeeping tasks
• Preparation and submission of customer Request for Payment, invoices and receipts
• Checking received payments, coordinating deposit activities, inputting in systems and allocating funds
• Performing necessary reconciliations
• Monitoring and following up of internal accounts
• Liaising with colleagues, clients and suppliers on billing related matters
• Perform scanning, filing and general administrative tasks
Job Requirements
• Basic knowledge of accounting and book keeping principles and procedures
• Previous experience in accounts
• Have good written, verbal and report-writing skills in English
• Conversant with MS office applications
