The position calls for an enthusiastic and energetic individual with a flair for customer service within the field of IT. Within this role the selected candidate/s will be required to offer support to the Employer’s customers with any Electronic Point-of-Sale (EPOS) issues. If you enjoy being continuously on the move and meeting people, then this is the right opportunity for you.

Main Job Responsibilities:
🔹Train customers in the use of EPOS terminals.
🔹Resolving operational EPOS issues in the field (at customer/s outlets).
🔹Adhering to all of the company’s rules and regulations.
🔹Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Desired qualities, qualifications and experience:

🔹Be able to speak in English,

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting office automation systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Since the role involves client site visits, a valid driving licence is required.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹Install and configure office automation systems and equipment including MFP’s, printers, scanners, software solutions etc.
🔹Perform regular maintenance, servicing, and updates to ensure optimal performance of assigned product in Malta & Gozo.
🔹Installation, preventative maintenance, repair, and connectivity/networking adjacencies.
🔹Assembles, adjusts, maintains products to specs, and or relevant documentation/instruction
🔹Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
🔹On call during the weekends.

Qualifications:

🔹Strong technical skills and knowledge of office automation systems.
🔹Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
🔹Good communication and interpersonal skills.
