Quotation & Client Support Executive
Location: Malta - Full Time - Salary: €24,000 – €30,000
We are looking for a highly capable office-based employee to join our team, focused on preparing quotations and supporting client requests within the promotional products industry.
This role is not administrative. It requires strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to understand client needs and translate them into correct product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate quotations using our internal system and website
Handle incoming enquiries via email, phone, and website
Understand client requirements and select appropriate products
Support clients in navigating and using our online shop
Follow up on quotations and maintain communication with clients
Ensure all pricing, quantities, and specifications are correct before submission
Requirements (Mandatory)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office-based role
Currently living in Malta
Valid working status in Malta or transferable work permit
Strong English reading and writing skills
Good knowledge of Excel
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests
Preferred
Experience in the printing, promotional products, or branding industry
Experience in quotation preparation or sales support roles
Familiarity with client-facing communication

Scenario 1
A company in the gaming sector is preparing welcome packs for new employees.
Select a suitable product and create a quotation for 100 pieces with logo printing.
Scenario 2
A beverage company is planning an in-store promotion.
Select a suitable product and create a quotation for 250 pieces with logo printing.
Add both items to a single quotation using the website, and submit it through the system.
