Sony PlayStation 5 - Damaged HDMI port

Removed damaged & installed new HDMI port (also replaced missing SMD cap)

Cleaned system & polished heat spreader for good measure

Onkyo integra TX-SV919THX - Turns on but volume k**b adjustment non responsive

*Found backup battery leaking & damaged board traces that connected to the volume controller (digital)

*After fixing that, only left channel was outputting sound

*Tested & found the Amp section was working perfectly so checked the pre Amp section & found it had a fault with the input switching IC.

*Replaced input switching IC & Amp ready for action 😁

*Cleaned & checked all boards for good measure during re assembly.

Job done & tested 💪

Caliber Car Amplifier 🔈 - Distorted sound

Found board & many components damaged due to corrosion

Replaced most of the capacitors, some damaged transistors & zener diodes (missing legs) due to corrosion & also cleaned & treated the board to prevent future corrosion issues.

Job done & tested 💪

Xiaomi Robot vacuum cleaner - Right wheel stuck error

Found water damage on the mainboard mortor plug which shorted the PWM motor driver IC.

Cleaned corrosion & Replaced IC.

ASUS Z97-WS workstation motherboard - giving "USB over current status detected" error and shuts off immediately.

Replaced faulty 5V regulator IC & corresponding capacitors for good measure
