Software Support &Trainer (contrast based)

Job Description:
1. Software Support Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for software issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Install, configure, and update software applications as needed.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve software-related problems.
- Work with developers or IT teams to escalate unresolved technical issues.
- Maintain a record of technical issues and solutions for future reference.
- Assist users in setting up accounts, software configurations, and integrations.
-Software Training Responsibilities:
- Conduct software training sessions for employees .
- Develop training materials such as manuals, guides, videos, and presentations.
- Assess training needs and customize training sessions accordingly Provide post-training support to ensure smooth software adoption.
- Stay updated on software updates and new features to incorporate into training.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 1 or 2years of experience in software support, training, or a related role.

- Monitoring and reporting computer systems and network with weekly and monthly schedule
- Setting up accounts , IT equipment for users
- Record users issues and request in IT ticketing system and report to IT manager
- Handle IT equipment such as HDMI , Printer toner, mouse , projector .etc

Job Requirement

- Must have at least 2 year experience in similar position
- Must have A+ and Networking Knowledge.
- Strong Computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems on PC hardware and software
- Ability to Communicate Effectively to help customers fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience
- Able to knowledge about Office 365 Applications
-Must have good communication skill
- Degree in Computer Science/ Information technology or any graduate with IT diploma or relative certificates
- Well communicate in English

Working Hours - 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Workday days - Monday to Friday

Qualifications

-Experience in providing customer support and communication skills

-Excellent organization and time management skills
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members

-Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
-Experience in MS SQL, Web application deployment
-Experience in the Distribution Management System is preferred
-Bilingual proficiency in English and Myanmar language is a plus
