Software Support &Trainer (contrast based)
Job Description:
1. Software Support Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for software issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Install, configure, and update software applications as needed.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve software-related problems.
- Work with developers or IT teams to escalate unresolved technical issues.
- Maintain a record of technical issues and solutions for future reference.
- Assist users in setting up accounts, software configurations, and integrations.
-Software Training Responsibilities:
- Conduct software training sessions for employees .
- Develop training materials such as manuals, guides, videos, and presentations.
- Assess training needs and customize training sessions accordingly Provide post-training support to ensure smooth software adoption.
- Stay updated on software updates and new features to incorporate into training.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 1 or 2years of experience in software support, training, or a related role.
