Responsibilities
โฆ Gather client business requirements and map them to ERP functionalities.
โฆ Coordinate with development teams to ensure solutions are properly implemented.
โฆ Create and execute testing plans to ensure the accuracy of system configurations, data migration, and custom solution.
โฆ Create and maintain simple reports using basic reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, SSRS, or Power BI).
โฆ Develop and deliver end user training materials & sessions.
โฆ Responsible to handle customer inquiries and support tickets from clients.

โฆ Bachelor degree in software engineering, computer engineering, computer science or related major.
โฆ A minimum of 1 or 2 yearsโ experience as an ERP Consultant or similar role.
โฆ Strong understanding of ERP software architecture, business processes, and integration capabilities.
โฆ Good knowledge of OOP concepts and database fundamentals (SQL, joins, normalization).
โฆ Good command of English is mandatory.
