Field Maintenance Engineer Internship Program Steps (Huawei Project)
Step (1) - Interview with applicants who interested in FME Internship Program
Step (2) - Program Period (1 week = class training in Huawei office + onsite training in Yangon sites)
Step (3) - Interview and technical test after training (Evaluation based on performance and learning ability)
Step (4) - 3 Months Paid Internship (Onsite working & learning together with existing FME in site)
Step (5) - After internship period, successful candidates as permanent FME and also Students can get "Permanent Job Opportunity" (“From Training → Internship → Full-Time Job”)
FME Basic Skills
Any Graduate or more prefer to AGTI, B-Tech, B.E (EC/EP / MC or other equivalent work experience)
Able to work under pressure
Can climb and working at high the Tower
Able to work as 24/7 standby on network maintenance
Knowledge on telecom equipment and power installation
Proficiency in using tools and software for troubleshooting
Well know the power system (DG, Rectifier, Batteries, Solar)
Good altitude and cooperation
Conversational level in written and spoken English
Effective use of Microsoft (Excel, Word, Power Point and Mail)
