Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or more
- Must be fluent in English ( both written & spoken ) and Japanese language will be preferred
- Can use Microsoft ( Word, Excel & Power Point ) and Email & Internet
- Accounting knowledge and experience is preferable
- HR knowledge and experience is preferable
- Strong organizational skill, time management skill, ability to prioritize multiple jobs
- Ability to be a team player and can work under pressure
- Proactive Attitude
- Accountable and committed
- Adaptability and willingness to learn & engage in different of Business
- Must take responsibility on your job
Responsibilities
- Perform typical office tasks
( documenting, translating, creating databases, filling, etc...)
- Able to do market research
- Offlice manual transaction, process with thrid vendors
- Accounting for Company / office expenses
- Tax department related task like document preparation, document submission
- Coordinate and assist others with office duties and errands
- Organize office rule and staff's attendance
- Prepare and arrange payroll related document and submit to JP HR Team
- Able to work independently & with others
- Scope of work is not only limited to the above responsibilities
Server Engineer
Qualifications and Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Science or Engineering or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
– Must be good in English 4 skills and Japanese Language will be preferred
– Must be able to communicate effectively and solve problems efficiently in a dynamic team environment
– Engineering and applied research experience in the areas of information retrieval, data mining, machine learning and artificial intelligence are highly desirable
– Must have good working knowledge of the following , but not limited to, cPanel, Apache, MySQL, PHP, Send mail, SSH, Bind, Nagios, etc.
– Extensive experience running mail servers
– In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, BIND, LDAP and other core technologies
– Must be able to determine when a server is in a “distressed” state, e.g network performing badly, short of swap space, short of RAM, overloaded CPU, overloaded I/O subsystem. Understand how to gather more information and recommend a solution.
– Knowledge of how to modify kernel and device driver behavior
– Strong understanding of network and server security
– Self- motivated and works well under pressure
– Accountable and committed
Major Duties and Responsibilities ( may include, but not limited to the following )
– Plan, recommend and assist in the design of local and /or remote computer systems
– Assist of the district’s hardware and software systems
– Analyze and troubleshoot event logs and server errors, tracking the nature to resolution of the problem(s)
– Manage , troubleshoot, diagnose and repair the District email system, back- up system and Anti-Virus systems
– Monitor District’s servers and optimize their performance; ensure the security of data and access privileges
– Implement and monitor the District server support and operational procedures
– Create and/or modify District’s user access privileges
– Establish and maintain archiving procedures and records
– Maintain current knowledge of new hardware and software, industry best practices, supplies and diagnostic tools
- Research and evaluate new technologies related to computer networking; work with cross functioning teams and/or consultants
– Recommend and specify the purchase of products and services
– Maintain, review and compile system and usage statistics
– Provide technical support and guidance to staff
– Assist in resolving escalated trouble tickets
– Test new software solutions to insure the output conforms to organizational needs
– Maintain database security and access methods, to protect data resources against unauthorized access and accidental destruction
– Respond to technically intricate inquiries or complaints from District staff
– Operate personal or district vehicles
– Other related work as required
