Data

မင်္ဂလာပါ ဒီနေ့ဆွေးနွေးချင်တာကတော့ Hadoop Architecture အကြောင်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Data Analytics ဟာ ဒီနောက်ပိုင်း IT မှာ ခေတ်အစားဆုံး အပိုင်းတစ်ခုလို့ ပြောလို့ရပါတယ်။ Hadoop ဟာ Big Data လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ Data တွေအများကြီးကို analytics လုပ်ဖို့အတွက် processing လုပ်ရာမှာ အဓိကသုံးတဲ့ စနစ်ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ထူးခြားတာကတော့ သူရဲ့တည်ဆောက်ပုံဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

အရင်တုန်းက Organization တွေမှာ Data အများကြီး ထိန်းသိမ်းဖို့ (ဒါမှမဟုတ်) process လုပ်ဖို့လိုရင် servers တွေကို upgrade လုပ်ပြီး ပိုပြီးကောင်းတဲ့ sever တွေဖြစ်အောင် ပြောင်းလဲသုံးကြတာ များပါတယ်။ ကြာလာတော့ Mainframe လို computer တွေတောင်မှ ဆက်ပြီး upgrade လုပ်လို့မရတဲ့ အနေအထားတွေ ကြုံလာရပါတယ်။ ဒါဟာ ကြီးမားတဲ့ အဖွဲ့အစည်းတိုင်း ကြုံရတဲ့ ပြဿနာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Google company ကတော့ ဒီပြဿနာကို အစတည်းကသိတော့ commodity hardware လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ အများသုံး ရိုးရိုး sever တွေအများကြီးကို ချိတ်ဆက်ပြီး လိုချင်တဲ့ capacity ရအောင်လုပ်တဲ့ programming model တစ်ခုထွင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အဲဒါကို MapReduce လို့ခေါ်ပါတယ်။

MapReduce ဆိုတာ နားလည်အောင်ပြောရင် တန်အလေးချိန် ၁၀ ရှိတဲ့ သဲတွေကို ၁၀ ဘီးကားတစ်စီးတည်းနဲ့ သယ်မဲ့အစား ရိုးရိုးကား ၁၀ စီးကို ၁တန်စီ ခွဲသယ်ခိုင်းပြီး လိုတဲ့နေရာရောက်တော့မှ ပြန်ပေါင်းပြီးယူတဲ့ စနစ်ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ နှစ်ခုယှဉ်ကြည့်ရင် ကြာချိန်တူတယ် ရတဲ့ရလဒ်လည်းတူတယ်။ ဒါမဲ့ ဘာကွာလဲပြောရရင် တကယ်လို့ အလေးချိန်များလာလို့ တန် ၁၀၀ သယ်ဖို့ လိုလာခဲ့ရင် တပြိုင်နက်ထဲ တန်၁၀၀ သယ်နိုင်တဲ့ကား မရှိတော့ပါဘူး။ ဒါမဲ့ ကားသေးလေး အစီး ၁၀၀ တော့ ရနိုင်ပါသေးတယ်။ ပိုများလာလေ လိုသလောက်ထပ်ဖြည့် နေရုံပါဘဲ။ဘယ်လောက်ကြီးကြီး ထပ်ဖြည့်လို့မရတော့ဘူးဆိုတဲ့ ပြဿနာမဖြစ်တော့ပါဘူး။

ဒီနေရာမှာ အဲလိုသေးသေးနဲ့ များပြားတဲ့ computers တွေကို စုပြီးသုံးလို့ရအောင်လုပ်တဲ့ စနစ်ဟာ MapReduce programming model ဖြစ်ပြီး အဲဒါကို အခြေခံပြီးဆောက်ထားတဲ့ File System ကို Hadoop Distributed File System လို့ခေါ်ပါတယ်။

Apache Hadoop ကိုသုံးမယ်ဆိုရင် Data တွေကို သိမ်းနည်း ingestion နဲ့ ပြန်ဆွဲယူသုံးဖို့ (analysis) အပြင်၊ အဲလိုလုပ်ဆောင်ချက် (processing jobs) တွေကို စောင့်ကြပ်ဖို့ အတွက် Hadoop Ecosystem လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ Software တွေအများကြီးစုဝေး သုံးဖို့လိုပါတယ်။

အခြေခံ သိသင်တဲ့ Software (Tools) တွေကတော့

၁) HDFS လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ (Hadoop Distributed File System) ကတော့ Storage လုပ်ဖို့ အခြေခံအကျဆုံး အပိုင်းဖြစ်တဲ့ Distributed File System တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ (ဆိုလိုတာက Data တွေအများကြီးကို computer တစ်ခုတည်းမဟုတ်ဘဲ၊ computer တွေအများကြီးကြားမှာ ဖြန့်ကျက်ပြီး သိမ်းပေးတဲ့ စနစ်ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။)

၂) YARN (Yet Another Resource Negotiator) လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ Data processing လုပ်တဲ့ computer nodes တွေကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲတဲ့ Hadoop ရဲ့ brain လို့လည်းပြောလို့ရပါတယ်။

၃) Zookeeper ကတော့ data processing လုပ်တဲ့ jobs တွေကို ထိန်းပေးတဲ့ (configuration and grouping) အလုပ်ကို ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးပါတယ်။

၄) Ozzie ကတော့ အဲဒီ jobs တွေကို တွဲပြီး schedule လုပ်တဲ့ အလုပ်ကိုလုပ်ပေးပါတယ်။

၅) Ambari ကတော့ Hadoop clusters လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ computers များစွာ တွဲချိတ်ထားတဲ့ စနစ်ကို ထိန်းသိမ်း စောင့်ကြည့်ရာမှာ သုံးပါတယ်။

Data တွေသွင်းရာမှာ...

၁) Apache Flume ကတော့ Unstructured/Semi Structured လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ ပုံသဏ္ဏန်မမှန်တဲ့ data တွေကို သိမ်းရာမှာ သုံးပါတယ်။

၂) Apache Sqoop ကတော့ Excel ထဲမှာ ချရိုက်လို့ရတဲ့ Structured Data တွေကို သိမ်းရာမှာသုံးပါတယ်။

Data တွေဆွဲယူရာမှာ...

၁) Apache Pig ကတော့ Pig Latin လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ SQL လို programming structure နဲ့ data တွေကို ဆွဲယူပြီး analyse လုပ်လို့ရပါတယ်။

၂) Apache Hive ကတော့ နာမည်ကျော် Facebook ကထွင်ခဲ့ပြီး SQL ကိုသုံးပြီး data တွေ ဆွဲသုံးရလို့ programming language အသစ် သင်စရာမလိုဘဲ data တွေဆွဲယူသုံးလို့ရပါတယ်။

၃) Apache Drill ကတော့ အလွန်ကြီးမားတဲ့ petabytes ၊ exabytes စတဲ့ data size တွေကိုဆွဲသုံးနိုင်ပါတယ်။ သူ့ရဲ့အားသာချက်ကတော့ လုံးဝမတူညီတဲ့ data store တွေကနေ query တစ်ကြောင်းထဲနက် data တွေပေါင်းနိုင်စွမ်းရှိပါတယ်။

၄) Apache Spark ကတော့ In-Memory data processing ဆိုတဲ့ data တွေကို memory ပေါ်မှာတင် real-time analytics လုပ်နိုင်စွမ်းရှိပါတယ်။ သူ့က အရင် တုန်းက Hadoop နဲ့တွဲပြီး Hadoop ထဲက Data တွေကိုဆွဲထုတ်ပြီး Memory ပေါ်မှာ processing လုပ်ရင် Hadoop ရဲ့ MapReduce ထက် အဆ ၁၀၀ လောက်ပိုမြန်ပါတယ်။ ခုနောက်ပိုင်းတော့ Cloud Infrastructures တွေစျေးသက်သာလာတာနဲ့ အမျှ Hadoop မပါဘဲ Apache Spark ကိုဘဲ သပ်သပ်သုံးလာတာ တွေ့ရပါတယ်။
