Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Backend Developer with strong experience in Laravel and proficiency in Vue.js, React, and Node.js. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing backend systems, APIs, and web services that ensure high performance and reliability. You will collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless, scalable digital solutions.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Laravel and other modern frameworks.

Build and manage RESTful and GraphQL APIs for web and mobile applications.

Collaborate with frontend teams using Vue.js and React to ensure smooth integration between UI and backend logic.

Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.

Optimize server-side logic for speed, scalability, and reliability.

Integrate third-party services, APIs, and payment gateways.

Manage and optimize databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure best coding practices.

Contribute to system architecture design and documentation.

Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬

Proficient in Laravel (PHP Framework) — 2+ years of experience.

Solid understanding of JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React) and Node.js.

Strong knowledge of RESTful API and Microservices Architecture.

Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB database management.

Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean).

Understanding of security practices, data protection, and performance optimization.

Experience in version control and agile development environments.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.

Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 2 years of professional backend development experience.

Understanding of clean architecture, MVVM, or MVC design patterns

Ability to integrate REST APIs and handle JSON data

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Experience using Git and Figma

Nice to Have:

Exposure to hardware integration (e.g., Barcode/QR Scanners, NFC, Bluetooth)

Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and app lifecycle events
