1. Sales Assistant (Chinese 4 skills)

နံပါတ် 1 position အတွက် လိုအပ်သောအချက်အလက်မှာ
- တရုတ်ဘာသာစကား 4 skills ကျွမ်းကျင် ပြီး marketing နှင့်ပတ်သတ်၍ စိတ်ပါဝင်စားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
နံပါတ် 2 နှင့် 3 position များအတွက် လိုအပ်ချက်မှာ
- Mobile phone အရောင်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ရိုးသားဖြောင့်မတ်ပြီး အကျင့်စာရိတ္တကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အလုပ်အပေါ်တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိပြီး ကြိုးစားချင်စိတ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အလုပ်မှပေးအပ်သော တာဝန်များကို မလစ်ဟင်းပဲ လိုက်နာနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အလုပ်ဖိအားဒဏ်ကိုခံနိုင်ရည်ရှိသူဖြစ်ပြီး သတ်မှတ်ထားသော အရောင်း Target များကို ပြည့်မှီအောင်ကြိုးစားပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
- မည်သည့်နယ်မဆို သွားလာနေနိုင်သူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
နံပါတ် 4 position အတွက် လိုအပ်ချက်မှာ
- မိမိကုမ္ပဏီမှ ရောင်းချသည့် mobile phones အကြောင်းကိုသေချာနားလည်ပြီး sales promoter များကို သေချာ train ပေးနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Customer relations သေချာဆောက်တည်ပြီး မိမိ၏ promoters များ အလုပ်ခွင်မှာ အဆင်ပြေရေး၊ ပေးအပ်ထားသော target အရောင်းများ ပြည့်မှီအောင် ကြိုးစားနိုင်ရေး အစရှိသည်များကို လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- မည်သည့်နယ်မဆို သွားလာနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
နံပါတ် 5 position အတွက် လိုအပ်ချက်မှာ
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong research and analytical skills
- In-depth understanding of the company’s current products and future concepts
- A willingness to listen
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively | Budget-management skills and proficiency
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
Brand Manager Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain a company or individual’s public image through the implementation of marketing initiatives
- Make decisions about the cost of branding and analyzing trends in customer spending
- Build relationships with influencers, journalists and media outlets
- Oversee social media accounts and ensure brand consistency
