IT Staff(2) Post Male/ Female
Location: Dockyard Street, Yamonnar Qtr, Dawbon Tsp, Department of Marine Administration, Yangon, Myanmar.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Staff member to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will support our organization’s technology infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and services. This role involves maintaining hardware and software systems, providing technical support to staff, and assisting in the implementation of IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
• Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are implemented and consistently followed.
• Maintain security systems and policies to protect company data.
• Collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives.
• Train staff on new applications and technologies as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud services and virtualization technologies.
Working Conditions:
• Office environment with potential for remote work.
• May require occasional overtime or on-call support.
