• Proficiency in the understanding of network environment: Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Print Servers, Windows Server OS (Version 2003 and above), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange 2003/2007 Server, Email Protocols (POP3/SMTP), etc. is critical.
• Proficiency with all Windows OS (version XP and above) environments and functions is a must.
• Ability to complete repairs, upgrades, and installation of hardware and software.
