Position – IT Support Engineer - M (1) Post
Requirements -
* Bachelor in IT and Computer Science or Diploma in IT or relevant field.
* Must have at least 2 years experiences at related field.
* Good understanding of computer systems and other tech products.
* Strong personal skills to communicate directly with end-users.
* Experience with Active Directory implementation and troubleshooting
* Experience with In-house Network Infrastructure
Responsibilities
* Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
* Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, computers, software with weekly schedule, monthly schedule.
* Providing day-to-day support coverage to end-users ranging from software and network support, hardware, troubleshooting resolution.
* Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
* Responding to breakdowns and investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware faults
* Regular updating, maintaining backup data.
* Developing and implementing IT systems that improve productivity and efficiency of operations to support business lines.
