Job Title: Senior Odoo Developer
(Only for On-side)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Odoo Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users and project teams to analyze requirements, develop solutions, and ensure smooth operation of Odoo modules.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Customization
• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
• Develop new features and functionalities using Studio, Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Modify existing Odoo modules and workflows to improve business processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
Integration & Deployment
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and external systems through APIs.
• Perform data migration and system upgrades.
• Deploy and maintain Odoo applications in development, testing, and production environments.
System Support & Maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Odoo ERP.
• Optimize system performance and database efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to end users when required.
Collaboration
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and business teams.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
Requirements
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills
• Strong experience in Odoo development and customization.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with PostgreSQL database management.
• Knowledge of XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Odoo framework, Studio, and module architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Odoo Community and Enterprise editions.
• Knowledge of ERP business processes such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing.
• Experience with Linux server administration and deployment.
Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
Experience
• 2+ years of experience in Odoo development (or as required by the organization).
