We are looking for motivated and qualified candidates to join our Back Office support team.
*Position-Site Engineer

Location: Yangon (1 post), Ayeyarwady (1 post), Kachin (1 post), Kayin (1 post), Mandalay (1 post), Naypyitaw (2 posts), Tanintharyi (1 post), South Shan (1 post), North Shan (1 post)

*𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻s*
o Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
o Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
o Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on projects.
o Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
o Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
o Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
o Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to relevant work partners.
o Performing tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions were required.
o Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team

*𝗝𝗼𝗯 Requirements*
o Bachelor's degree in engineering, telecom construction, or similar.
o Experience in a similar role.
o Additional certificates may be required.
o Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
o Great leadership and organizational skills.
o Superb project management skills.
o Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
o Great written and verbal communication skills.
o A willingness to learn.
o Must be able to follow the rules of related projects.
o Able to travel everywhere if the project have
