The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing, deploying, optimizing, and supporting the KOS DigiCare Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) across healthcare facilities in Myanmar.
This position serves as the primary liaison between KOS DigiCare and client hospitals, ensuring successful HMIS implementation, effective user adoption, and continuous operational improvement.
The role involves working closely with hospital management, clinicians, nurses, pharmacists, Radiology & laboratory personnel, finance teams, and IT staff to ensure the system is aligned with clinical and administrative workflows.

โข Participate in all phases of HMIS implementation, including planning, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
โข Conduct hospital workflow assessments and gather business requirements.
โข Configure HMIS modules based on approved workflows and operational needs.
โข Coordinate implementation activities with hospital stakeholders and internal project teams.
โข Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation.
โข Assist with data migration, verification, and system readiness.
โข Monitor implementation progress and report project risks or issues.

โข Analyze hospital workflows and recommend process improvements.
โข Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through effective use of the HMIS.
โข Document business requirements, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
โข Ensure system configuration aligns with hospital operational requirements.

โข Deliver training for doctors, nurses, pharmacists, laboratory staff, radiology staff, finance personnel, and administrative users.
โข Develop user guides and training materials.
โข Provide on-site coaching and support during implementation and go-live.
โข Promote user adoption through effective change management.
Operational Support
โข Provide first-line functional support to client hospitals.
โข Investigate and resolve functional issues or coordinate with the technical support team when necessary.
โข Monitor system usage, data quality, and user adoption.
โข Support hospitals in optimizing operational workflows using HMIS.
โข Maintain issue logs and ensure timely resolution.

โข Prepare implementation plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
โข Maintain records of system configurations and change requests.
โข Produce implementation and operational reports for management and clients.
Client Relationship Management
โข Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders.
โข Conduct regular follow-up meetings to monitor implementation progress and customer satisfaction.
โข Gather customer feedback and recommend product or process improvements.
โข Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive implementation experience.

Bachelor's degree in one of the following or a related field:
โข Health Informatics
โข Information Technology
โข Computer Science
โข Or any Bachelor's degree with relevant hospital or healthcare industry experience

โข Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital, healthcare organization, healthcare IT company, or healthcare-related environment.
โข Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
o Hospital Operations
o HMIS, EMR, or EHR Systems
o OPD/IPD Services
o Medical Records
o Healthcare Quality or Operations
โข Experience in software implementation, user training, or project coordination is an advantage.

โข Good understanding of hospital workflows and healthcare operations.
โข Knowledge of HMIS, EMR, or healthcare information systems is preferred.

โข Ability to train and support users with different technical backgrounds.
โข Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
โข Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
โข Basic knowledge of databases or SQL is an advantage.
โข Willingness to travel frequently to client hospitals.
