We are hiring in Mandalay for Assistant Admin and HR Manager
Support daily office administration and business operations
Manage document control, filing, and internal reporting processes
Handle recruitment and employee management processes
Maintain attendance, leave, payroll, and employee records
Coordinate meetings and support interdepartmental communication
Implement HR policies, office regulations, and administrative procedures
Assist in staff welfare, training, and employee relations matters
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Experience in Administration and/or Human Resources is preferred
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsible, organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment
