Student Enrollment Coordinator (Myanmar-Korean Academic Programs) -Remote Position
We are seeking a highly motivated individual from Myanmar to join our team as a Student Enrollment Coordinator specializing in Korean academic programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire process of enrolling students into college academic programs in Korean, encompassing both language studies and graduate-level education.
Key Responsibilities:
-Student Outreach and Engagement: Actively engage with prospective students in Myanmar who are interested in pursuing academic programs in Korean. Provide detailed information about available programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.
-Application Management: Guide students through the application process, ensuring all required documents are accurately completed and submitted on time. Assist with the translation of documents from Myanmar to Korean, if necessary.
-Communication Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact between prospective students and relevant academic institutions in Korea. Facilitate effective communication to address inquiries, concerns, and requests for additional information.
-File Organization and Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of student applications, academic transcripts, and other essential documents. Ensure all files are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible for reference.
-Admissions Support: Collaborate with admissions officers at Korean academic institutions to facilitate the review and evaluation of student applications. Provide additional documentation or clarification as needed to expedite the admissions process.
-Language Support: Utilize proficiency in Korean to communicate effectively with Korean-speaking students and academic personnel. Translate documents, emails, and other correspondence as required.
Qualifications:
-Fluent proficiency in Korean, both spoken and written, is highly preferred.
-Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
-Strong communication skills, both in Myanmar and Korean languages, to effectively interact with students and academic institutions.
-Prior experience in student enrollment or admissions coordination is advantageous but not required.
-Ability to work independently in a remote setting while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
