Two Gaming PC and Streaming PC Setup with NDI (No Capture Card)

Setting up a dual pc stream without a capture card.
Ethernet and NDI tools are used for this.
If you were looking for a free multi-PC streaming solution, this is your answer!
You can set up two PCs, one for gaming and one for streaming and the streaming PC will handle the duties needed!
But a bonus with NDI is that ANY computer on the same network can output over NDI using streamlabs,
and the same single Stream PC can read each of those outputs as a source.
