We are currently seeking a creative and driven marketing manager with proven success in digital online marketing, lead, and demand generation for B2B SaaS, Cloud, and Service companies. Strong communication, copywriting, and customer loyalty program skills. Experience in the software/Hi-Tech/SaaS industry required, preferably in a cloud contact center. This is a full-time position for local candidates.
You will play a critical role in creating, managing, and evaluating the success of all corporate marketing programs and initiatives. Assist with the creation of the strategic marketing plan supporting product growth and profitability to attain sales. Marketing activities include email marketing, website content, social and viral media, SEO/search marketing, advertising, public relations, marketing communications, and research. The ideal candidate will be innovative, web-savvy, passionate about digital marketing, content creation, interactive media, and social media outlets such as websites, social networks, blogs, message boards, photo/video sites, wikis, and online communities.
The optimal candidate will possess the ability to:
Directly manage the development and implementation of new marketing strategies to support sales activities, ensure revenue and profit achievement, measure success;
Support and enrich the company culture by ensuring that all communications from the company to clients and prospects are consistent with corporate image, goals, and objectives; branding is consistent with company’s mission and position statements;
Set up and manage marketing campaigns such as email campaigns, including writing copy, working with a web designer on HTML, sending emails, and tracking campaign results;
Create and edit interesting and engaging marketing content such as blog posts, marketing emails, and customer success stories;
Connect with prospects and customers to establish a relationship, learn from customers, share information with customers and establish customer referral program;
Update and maintain the company website, blog, and social media presence including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn frequently;
Draft, distribute and pitch news releases, media alerts, and other stories;
Creating marketing content materials such as brochures and datasheets;
Collaborating with staff on new ideas, directions, and venues for marketing and communications;
Plan and facilitate Marketing Committee meetings including distributing agenda and taking minutes;
Self-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, prioritizing, multi-task, and meeting deadlines while adhering to budgetary constraints.
Qualifications:
· 3 to 5 years experience in marketing for SaaS, cloud, software, or technology product marketing environments, delivering measurable results is required.
· Have experience developing online marketing campaigns from idea to successful implementation.
Experience managing websites, SEO, search marketing, and working with web designers.
Excellent written (copywriting) and oral communication (customer and partner relationships).
Understanding and passion for social media and blogging platforms(Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, blog, etc.).
Project management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced in PR, promotions, and outreach.
Experience in call center, service, and/or cloud/web-based related business is a plus.
Knowledge in salesforce.com and marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Marketo).
Completed or working toward a college degree, preferably in a related field (e.g., English, Marketing/Communications, or Public Relations).
