We are excited to be hosts of DIGIT 2022, a workshop that supports great knowledge sharing among young talents and experienced mentors and lecturers. This year - in the field of React.js 🙌

Starting today we are thrilled to spend some quality time with FINKI's students, enjoy our office spaces together, meet lots of friends, future colleagues, and build great project ideas!

"Working in the same company for a longer period is a big challenge.
Many people will say: “You are ruining your career by staying in one place for that long”.
But, I am here witnessing to say and prove, that they are wrong 😊

Working for 15 years in one company is a long period and I must say I have gone through many changes and challenges during that time.
Staying in one place for a longer period does not mean that we do not accept changes and we are not changing, but in fact that we adapt and accept all changes and challenges that are happening inside and outside of the company.

Axeltra is such a diverse company that gave me so many possibilities from the very beginning until now.
As the company grew, we grew up together. We mature together.
We started in a very small office with a handful of people, to a company that now has offices in 2 countries.

Axeltra helped me to grow in my career and become what I am today by having continuous learning, opportunities to work on great projects with different clients, projects beginning from scratch, and seeing how all those projects work and live for years serving our customers.
None of this would be possible without my co-workers (with whom I have become good friends).
I hope our journey will continue in the years to come."
