From data to impact. From audience insights to stronger local media. 📊

Today, our Senior Analyst Natasha Dimova took the stage at the Media Innovation Forum 2026 in Ulcinj, Montenegro, organised by DW Akademie and GIZ.

Her session, “From Data to Impact: How Analytics.Live helps digital media grow,” explored how newsrooms can understand underserved audiences, identify opportunities for growth and track where their stories are republished.

Natasha also introduced the Media Resource Center, an 18-month programme supported by GIZ under the Sustain Media project. It offers 18 small and local outlets across six Western Balkan economies free audience research, analytics dashboards, digital support and editorial mentoring.

Thank you to DW Akademie and GIZ for bringing the media community together to share ideas and practical solutions.

Montenegro’s shopping malls are playing very different games on Facebook.

One is pushing volume, another is building momentum, and another is converting a smaller audience into stronger response.

September put Croatia’s telecom competition into focus.

With 92.7K engagements, hundreds of social posts and a steady stream of industry coverage, the category shows how quickly attention can move between brands, platforms and media channels.

The real question is not only who is active, but who is actually shaping the conversation.

Keep watching the signal. The next leader may already be emerging.

What can one month of media and social data reveal about Kazakhstan’s digital landscape?

In August 2026, Analytics.Live tracked 211.3K social media posts generating more than 95.1M engagements across 2,187 monitored social channels.

The analysis goes beyond total activity. It shows when media publishing and audience engagement peak, which categories dominate the conversation, how Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn perform differently, and which individual posts are responsible for major engagement spikes.

The real value is understanding what sits behind the numbers, where attention is concentrated, which content resonates most, and where opportunities for stronger visibility may be emerging.

The numbers are public. The advantage comes from knowing what they mean.

Put your market under the lens. See what you’re missing.

September closed with a notable shift in Albania’s shopping mall space on Facebook.

TEG (Tirana East Gate) recorded a 355% rise in engagement, adding fresh momentum to the competition for audience attention.

As October gets underway, the question is simple: who keeps that momentum going?

Follow us to see who takes the lead in November.

The pharmaceutical conversation in Greece is becoming increasingly competitive.

Companies are fighting for visibility across social media, industry stakeholders are shaping the wider narrative, and audience attention is concentrating around the topics that matter most.

In September, Pharmacy generated the highest volume of articles and posts, while Medicine drove the strongest engagement.

These signals show not only what the market is talking about, but also which topics are actually capturing public attention.

Understanding these patterns can help brands identify opportunities, react faster, and benchmark their visibility against the wider market.
