Hotel PBX Operators
ISC is looking for native English speakers or C2 proficiency level English speakers
to join our expanding team.

Requirements:
- You must have excellent English speaking skills. Only native or C2 proficiency level speakers should apply;
- Can be friendly, warm, intuitive, and interactive with potential and existing hotel guests;
- You like helping people no matter the situation;
- Can follow provided procedures for hotels; good at multitasking;
- Must be proactive, resourceful and a good communicator;
- Can provide first class customer service;
- Have good computer skills and are tech savy;
- Pay attention to detail;
- You must successfully complete our training program;
- You must have an excellent internet connection with upload of 10 Mbps minimum; - Minimum Requirements for Computer/Laptop: Screen at least 12", recommended 15" VGA or HDMI port (for 2nd screen / external monitor) CPU - Intel / AMD - at least 2GHz RAM - at least 2GB Hard Drive - SSD (solid State) or SATA (not solid state) 2GB free disk space minimum / No more than 80% full Operating System: Windows, MacOS or Chromebook
- You must be flexible and available to 2nd and/or 3rd shift, some weekends and holidays.

- This is a work from home role and open to anyone throughout Macedonia;
