As a team, we're always eager to share our expertise at educational events and contribute to the wider community.

Yesterday, Kalina had the privilege of doing so in collaboration with 2 educational institutions - Cacttus Education & Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering - Skopje.

‌
At Cacttus Education's event, Kalina shared tips on how to build a career as an engineer and entrepreneur, how to turn an idea into a product and shared Coach's story to students eager to start their careers in IT.

‌
At FCSE, Kalina gave a talk on Using gamification principles to create engaging experiences to 50+ students encouraging them to use mechanics that connect to our phycological needs to drive positive user behaviour.

It was a pleasure to contribute to these exceptional institutions and we're excited to share even more insights in the future.

Attention all superheroes! 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️

We're excited to announce our partnership with the amazing team at SpringWell in their latest initiative: "Springwell Product Superheroes."

Springwell is a holistic living company that brings the highest quality through a portfolio of medical devices, dietary supplements, and beauty products to the Serbian market and the region (Auron, San Sebastian, Dr. Viton, Nature Essential).

With the help of Coach, throughout the next couple of months, their employees will have the opportunity to perfect their detailed product knowledge, all while having a blast, socializing, and competing both individually and as a team. 💪

At the end of the competition, the top performers will be recognized as the ultimate product superheroes:

🏆 SW Product Master - Awarded to the employee with the highest product knowledge.
🏆 SW Product Explorer - Awarded to the employee with the greatest improvement in product learning.
🏆 SW Product Superheroes - Awarded to the team with the highest average global rank of all players.

As we look back on the past year, we're proud to say that 2022 has been a truly incredible one for Konceptiva! 🥳

In March, we launched our learning platform - Coach, which has been a resounding success.

We've closed four long-term deals with highly respected companies ranging from 30+ to 5000+ employees, and have received amazing feedback from our clients and industry experts at top companies like General Dynamics and Citi Bank.

We were recognized for our hard work and innovation early in the year, receiving an award for the best startup of the month in January, and we were also chosen in the Top 25 startups by the investor jury in the Western Balkans Investment Readiness Program 🏆

Our CEO Kalina was also selected as one of the top 10 women in IT in Macedonia, a testament to her leadership and dedication to our company. 🤩

In addition to these milestones, we closed an equity-free investment of €180k and have had the opportunity to collaborate with three educational institutions, including San Diego State University and two leading local schools.

As we look to the future, we're excited to continue growing and expanding our team.
Last year, we added a growth marketer and expanded our dev team, bringing on new talent and expertise to help us reach even greater heights.

We are so grateful for the support of our team, clients, and partners and are determined to make 2023 even better 🚀
