On April 2, iSource had the pleasure of taking part in two important activities organised by the Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies in Bitola.

We participated in the Career Expo 2026, where students had the opportunity to connect directly with companies from the IT industry, and our Director, Vladimir Robevski, also joined the panel discussion “Human–AI Interaction,” contributing valuable insights on the role of artificial intelligence, knowledge, and experience in today’s digital world.

Parents and young learners - the Open Call for the Macedonia2025 Summer Program – Ohrid Camp for High-Tech Excellence 2026 is still open!

This unique one-week STEM experience (July 5–11, 2026 in Ohrid) brings together youth aged 11–15 from Macedonia and the Macedonian diaspora to explore coding, robotics, engineering, and innovation while building friendships and strengthening their connection with their homeland.

Participants will work on hands-on projects, tackle real-world challenges, and develop critical thinking, teamwork, and leadership skills in an inspiring environment by Lake Ohrid.

🌟 This year’s program is delivered in partnership with leading STEM and innovation organizations (Center for Technology Robotics and Innovation, Brainster and iSource), ensuring a high-quality learning experience through cutting-edge robotics, programming, and technology-based activities.

🎓 Full and partial scholarships are available.

On the 26th of September, we had the opportunity to host a Kaizen methodology session at our iSource offices, led by an expert from Japan. The workshop focused on practical ways to embed continuous improvement, efficiency, and teamwork into everyday business - helping us strengthen our processes and deliver even greater value to clients and partners.

The session, announced on a call by the Agency of Support of Entrepreneurship in Macedonia, is part of the standardised mentoring services delivered through authorised mentors within the Regional Centres for SME Development, and integrated into the Institutional Network for Entrepreneurship and SME Support.

Developed in collaboration with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), this mentoring model provides timely and comprehensive business support for SMEs, fostering sustainable growth and reducing business risks.
